Our Process:

1) After filling out our contact form, an initial phone consultation will be scheduled to discuss you vision for the floral aesthetic for your day.

2) A customized design proposal is created for you based on the consultation. This includes an itemized quote & vision board.

3) Once you receive the quote, you may make one initial revision to best suit your needs before booking.

4) In order to secure your date, a contract must be signed along with a paid retainer fee. Once you book, additional changes can be made to the quote/vision board as long as the minimum is met (for full service).

5) Six weeks prior to the event, we schedule a meeting to finalize all of the details as well as the timeline of your event.

Pricing:

Every wedding is different. Every flower is different. Each couple has a specific budget. Because of this, we work closely with couples to discuss their floral vision. For some, this means they have everything, down to the variety of roses they would like to incorporate, figured out. But for many, an overall aesthetic is all that is of concern. This is why we set up a meeting to discuss these details with couples so that we can create a specific, detailed quote that is unique to each wedding. We offer two types of packages as described below:

Partial Service Package

This package is for you if:

-Your floral needs are limited (ie: personal flowers only: bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower crowns, etc)

-You are willing to pick up your flowers at our studio the day of your wedding, OR willing to pay a delivery fee to have these dropped off at the venue. Venue must be in the Rochester area for delivery.

-We do not offer rentals for partial service

Full Service Package, $4,500 minimum

This package is for you if:

-You need personal flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc), as well as centerpieces and ceremony flowers

-You are hoping for on-site installations (ie: arbor flowers, hanging greenery, floral hoops, etc)

-You need rental items such as candles, vases, fabric, etc

This package includes full setup of ceremony and reception sites, as well as transfer of ceremony pieces to the reception, and breakdown of flowers and rental items.
